How To Get Banned In Animal Jam

Does anyone have any experience with being unbanned?

My account/parent account recently got banned because of an accidental fraudulent accuse (Credit card used to buy the membership was stolen, so the bank refunded every single thing and its caused a lot of problem). I'm hoping to get the account back since I had tons of items and have been active since 2011. I emailed AJHQ a few minutes agone but is there whatever hope?

EDIT: AJHQ was able to talk the situation out with me, it was a one time case just I was un-permabanned!

Accounts normally get deleted some fourth dimension subsequently existence banned. I wouldn't hold my breath.

When was the account banned? Like the other commenter said, they delete it afterwards former but if information technology was a contempo ban I'm sure they're nonetheless available to discuss unbanning.

Less than 24 hours agone luckily. My main concern is the account getting banned before I'g even able to get ahold of them since I'one thousand not certain how tiresome their back up is during quarantine.

Hope that y'all get information technology back, this chaotic situation your going through must exist horrible for you. Let's simply wish that your ok if you get it back. Yet again hopefully it's not hacked completely! But at that place has been a lot of hackers around aj, good luck though!!

oh my gosh, idk i oasis't been BANNED but i was locked out because a hacker was using my business relationship because of the information breach, the dummy didn't even motion my den items, get anything, ship jamagrams, steal my items (similar bro i had two rare wood gauntlets, i'yard glad y'all didn't accept those but srsly?), spend my sapphires or gems (I have over 10,000 sapphires) and after all this ajhq finally lets me in my account and 1 hUNdReD gEmS oof... i could play a minigame for one minute and become more than that. i experience ajhq is merely trying to go a cash grab and them not securing our data with a firewall all this time and non even saying sorry or anything as hundreds of people like me endure from fear of our account being deleted. with your case it's even worse because your credit menu was stolen and ajhq doesn't give a care.
